Mom's Disposition

Mom had a better day today - I just talked to her for a bit. She had such a nice visit with Paul's kids last night. She enjoyed telling me about Soren trying on her wig and Carter's reaction to her hair. She was tickled and laughing about it.
She hasn't thrown up since Saturday. After her doctor appointment this morning, she came home and took one of the steroid pills and rested.
She is probably going tomorrow or Wednesday to get the remainder of her hair shaved off. She said that she went to church on Sunday and felt like she looked awful. She said that she wore the hat Louise had bought her today to her treatment. She also said that she had a load in the wash because all of her pillowcases needed to be washed - because they were full of hair! Mom also said that her scalp is so tender and sore. The doctor said that this would happen.
She is going to bed early and so we need to remember not to call her too late.
Celia is coming for a visit on Wednesday and she is excited about that.
